To better serve our customers, we have implemented a new forum system for all CPH products. This system is designed to be simpler, less intimidating, and easier-to-use than the forum software we have used in the past. Some of the new features and changes include:
- Fewer categories, so it's easier to figure out where to post
- A unified login system - you have the same username across all CPH products
- Integration with our upcoming community site, including blogs and podcasts
- Simple support features to help CPH staff find your request and act on it more quickly
- RSS feeds for every forum category, so you can keep an eye on your favorite products

This category is intended for support requests and/or bug reports for Lutheran Service Builder. If you are experiencing a problem, please leave a post with a concise subject line detailing the problem, then a post describing in detail what you are encountering. The forum will automatically mark your post as a support request, and you will be able to see the status of your support request at any time.
