The last two times I've started LSB, I've received an error that the report could not be sent at this time. I also checked for updates and received an error message doing that as well.

Can't send report

I'm experiencing what might be a similar problem. I cannot connect to internet from LSBuilder 2 at all. I have a connection through Explorer but LSBuilder can't seem to connect. I tried turning of all security (firewall, virus protection...) still no connection.
Background: Just this morning I finished reinstalling a new system on a new hardrive and installed Builder from the downloads page. I'm using WinXP pro, Service Pack 3 on HP desktop (Pentium 4). Builder version is:2.2.12.13196. The about info says I'm running the demo version because I can't get it registered over the internet.

...from builder News... "Unfortunately due to a server upgrade for the CPH.org site, we are experiencing some loss of functionality for Builder. The biggest thing that you may notice is that The Concordia Organist will not be able to download files to preview or burn to a disc. You may see a message telling you that you do not have a subscription when you attempt to burn a disc.
Other functions that are lost at the moment are Error Reports, Updates (no recent updates to worry about anyway), Usage Reports and Activation.
CPH is working as fast as they can to get the site back up along with the aspects impacting builder."

Hi guys!
Sorry for the late reply. I've been working to get everything back up and running again. On Monday morning, we'll be posting a patch for Builder and sending an email to all our customers (that we have email addresses for).
I'm sorry for the outage.

i installed the fix - but it will not connect to send the report - btw- if you are going to take email requests for information or service, please answer them

I'm also having this problem. We have multiple site licenses all running on PCs with XP pro. I'm currently checking the other PCs to see if they're experiencing the same issues I am on mine.

where is the patch located? I can't send reports or connect to the server either. i tried to run updates and that won't connect either. Thank you. Monica

The patch is located here: http://cphconnect.org/builder/2010/01/25/important-builder-update/ Those of you who've installed the update and are still experiencing problems, can you verify that your version of LSB is 2.2.14 (its in the About Box) And, are you able to use the Send Logs utility? If you try sending log files to CPH, mention this forum post in your notes. Thanks!
