If you try to load the backed up data from the tools menu, do you see the date and time of the backup that gave you the message? Could you try sending your log files using the sendlogs.exe utility and mentioning this forum post in the notes?

Thanks!

When I perform a "backup data" from the tools menu in LSB 2 it gives me an error message stating that it was unable to save the state of My Worship Resources and then it continues and "looks" OK and seems to finish. Is that important and what can be done? Is the data safe?

Both our pastors are using the LSB 2 and this happens even when only one of them is using the shared database.

Is there a way to set the LSB 2 system to back up whenever it is closed or do my Pastors have to remember to hit the back-up button at the end of their sessions or day?

We are aware of this (it's actually affecting us as well with update tasks), and it should be fixed in the next update.

When I tell the program to backup, it will work for a bit and then crash when the progress bar says "compressing state." I am using XP SP3. This is not keeping me from using the program normally, but I would like to back it up to keep from losing my work. Thanks!
